Mr. Harden is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, which he has served as a chair of its committees and on its Board of Directors, and formerly, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Foundation. He is a former member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Harden had the honor of defending insurance companies, including Nationwide, Shelter Mutual Insurance Companies, CHUBB, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and other large national insurers.
Mr. Harden also had the honor of representing public entities.
Mr. Harden had the honor of representing Cox Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Citizens Memorial Hospital, and other regional healthcare providers.

Ty Harden Law, LLC counsels and litigates in Missouri and has over a decade of experience, including representing public and private entities, professionals, clinics, hospitals, businesses, and other individuals in numerous areas of litigation. Mr. Harden has appeared in many courts in Missouri at the pre-trial, trial, and appellate level, and he has engaged in litigation across the country, including discovery, trial, and appellate practice involving other states’ laws and procedures. He has also assisted with advocacy and drafting for the revision of Missouri law.
Mr. Harden is a Super Lawyers - Rising Star, 2019-2021, and he is admitted to practice in the State of Missouri and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri and Western District of Missouri. Mr. Harden is a Missouri Supreme Court Rule 17 mediator.

Mr. Harden had the honor of assisting counsel in the defense of Ford Motor Company in a products liability case styled Donna Harrison v. Ford Motor Co., et al., 1522-CC09759-01, in the St. Louis City Circuit Court, Missouri, 2016.
Mr. Harden had the honor of representing defendants in obtaining countless settlements throughout his career.
Mr. Harden had the honor of briefing and arguing the appeal in St. John’s Clinic v. Pulaski County Ambulance District, SD32739, in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, 2013.
Mr. Harden had the honor of assisting counsel in the defense of Ford Motor Company in Gene Bristol, et al. v. Ford Motor Co., et al., 1522-CC10413-01, St. Louis City Circuit Court, Missouri, 2016.
Mr. Harden had the honor of assisting lead counsel in the jury trial of City of Springfield v. Springfield Skatepark Association, 0831-CV08754, Greene County Circuit Court, Missouri, 2013.
Mr. Harden had the honor of defending an automotive service center in a bench trial in Sandy Jackson v. Hazelrigg Automotive Service, 1031-CV04588, Greene County Associate Circuit Court, Missouri, which was affirmed on appeal in Sandy Jackson v. Hazelrigg Automotive Service, SD3252, 2011.
Mr. Harden had the honor of assisting counsel defending an individual in a jury trial in Connie Estep v. Patrice Tribble, 19CT-CC00095, Christian County, Missouri, 2021.
Ty Harden earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law with the national honor of The Order of Barristers in 2011. Mr. Harden was mentored throughout his career by unquestionably many of the finest attorneys in the area (if not the nation). Mr. Harden is a Missouri Supreme Court Rule 17 Mediator and a Super Lawyers - Rising Star, 2019-2021.
Mr. Harden graduated from Washington State University, Pullman, Washington with a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.S. minor in Biology. His cumulative undergraduate credits qualified him to graduate cum laude . Mr. Harden was involved in the following organizations and achieved the following honors while at MU School of Law: Christian Legal Society, Fred L. Howard Prize for Excellence in the Advancement of Advocacy, Managing Editor for Journal of Dispute Resolution, Secretary and Treasurer for Student Bar Association, Financial Chair for Board of Advocates, and Research Assistant for R.B. Price Professor Emeritus of Law and Isabelle Wade & Paul C. Lyda Professor Emeritus of Law, Carl H. Esbeck.
Mr. Harden is happily married to his best friend Jill, and they are blessed with two amazing children, Kyland and Kelton. Mr. Harden is an avid outdoorsman, who enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, hunting, and fishing, especially when he has one of his dogs with him.
